i bit the bullet and incorporated a delaware company after negotiations with silicon valley bank to provide u.s. banking services to my uk company fell through. i’ve found a bank to provide me with u.s. merchant services and the irs have issued me with a federal ein.
now i just need to fly to the states to open a u.s. business checking account then we’re good.
it’s been arduous...
